Brachypelma emilia (Mexican Red Leg) 2-3" MALE

Brachypelma emilia is also known as the Mexican Red Leg. This tarantula is collected by beginners and experienced keepers alike. Known for being colorful and docile this scrub-land/desert tarantula is extremely hardy. A long-lived species the females can live upwards of 30 years. 

Recommended enclosure: A 4x4x6" Terrestrial Kit w/Magnetic Lock or 4x4x5” Terrestrial w/Classic Porthole.  Either would work for now, but would be outgrown quickly. Ideally I would put this specimen in a for 7x7x11” Terrestrial Enclosure Kit or 8x8x14" Terrestrial Enclosure Kit. 

Currently feeding on: Large B. lateralis.
