My purchase from Jamie was my first time buying a T online. Was super worried since we were approaching cold season. Jamie packed the T with the highest of standards anyone could ask for. Plenty of insulation and a heat pack. T arrived safely and healthy. If anyone has any concerns about a T online rest assured that it will be taken care of properly. Roaches all arrived alive and healthy even though UPS caused a 7 day delay! Months ago, I started buying from Amazon due to convenience and started seeing inconsistencies in the roaches conditions. I decided to go back to buying from Jaimes and the quality improvement was obvious from this first shipment. The roaches came in separate containers all very neatly packed! Will certainly reorder!

My little Julius arrived super safe and healthy! The packing was great, he didnt seem stressed out at all. I bought the enclosure at the same time and he settled in right away. He seems to be a healthy weight with a good appetite and hes so friendly and nice. Wonderful job, hes great and I can tell hes been well taken care of!

Even tho there was a delay in shipping (no fault of hers!) Jamie stayed in great communication with me (quick responder) and the spiderling came perfectly! They are gorgeous and doing so well. She made sure to prep the spiderling just in case a delay happened and so glad she did. Will be buying again from her and highly recommend!
