Phormictopus sp. green carapace 1 1/2-2" suspect MALE #U-55

With an impressive size, growth rate, ease of care, stunning coloring and a killer appetite this remarkable species is one cool pet! Although they are fast-moving we typically find them more skittish than defensive. As this species is hardy and has a mild bite is can possibly make a good beginner tarantula for an attentive keeper.

Recommended enclosure: A 4x4x6” Arboreal/Fossorial w/Magnetic Locking or 4x4x5” Terrestrial w/Classic Porthole. Either would make a great enclosure for this tarantula! Keep in mind, in few molts this specimen will be large enough for a 7x7x11” Terrestrial Enclosure Kit or 8x8x14" Terrestrial Enclosure Kit. 

Currently feeding on: Medium B. lateralis.
