Monocentropus balfouri (Socotra Island Blue Baboon) 1/2-3/4”

Native to Socotra, an isolated island approximately 150 miles east of the horn of Africa this unique tarantula possesses a unique and striking appearance. The "Socotra Island Blue Baboon" is an easy keeper who creates elaborate tubes. I have found this species to be less defensive than most other baboons, and think it could make a good first Baboon or Old World tarantula. 

Old-World species are recomeded for experienced keepers. 

Recommended enclosure: A 2.25 x 2.25 x 4.5” Tarantula Enclosure
