The Haplocosmia himalayana, commonly known as the Himalayan Banded Earth-Tiger, is a rare and striking species. Known for its dark, velvety coloration and robust build, this terrestrial spider prefers cool, moist environments.

Old-World species are recomeded for experienced keepers.
